Flow heater for heating water, oils, caustic (sodium hydroxide) and other chemicals.

Range of loadings from 6 kW to 750 kW, three phase. Units can be linked in parallel or series to obtain higher outputs.

Can be fitted with GE (glanded rod element type) heaters or RE (removable ceramic core type) heaters. Ceramic core elements can be replaced without draining the vessel, minimising down-time and maintenance costs.

Suitable for either stage control or thyristor control.

The shell is insulated with glass fibre insulation protected with a steel casing.
